| KTVs Taiwan's version of "MTV" is shops where one can rent and view recorded movies in relative privacy and comfort. A variation on MTV is KTV, sing- along clubs patterned after the popular Japanese karaoke bars. KTVs offer rooms with TV screens, music videotapes, stereo gear, and microphones.
