Foreign exporters and importers have a host of opportunities in Taiwan. To make it easier for both foreign and local companies to develop Taiwan's two-way trade, the China External Trade Development Council (CETRA) offers a complete range of trade services. CETRA, a non-profit foundation organized and funded by the business community, is the Republic of China's foremost trade promotion organization.

In addition to its Taipei headquarters and offices in central and southern Taiwan, CENTRA has 28 branch and representative offices around the world. The organization's services include local and international trade contacts, market and trade information, product design and packaging, trade education, exhibition organization, and a host of other related services. CETRA also organizes annual trade missions to foreign countries to promote two-way trade with the ROC.
